Our role was to design a product experience that simplifies this process while maintaining transparency for all participants.
We worked closely with the product team to map user journeys around group creation, expense tracking, and payment settlements. The design approach focused on reducing cognitive load and ensuring that users can quickly understand who paid, who owes, and how balances are settled.
The resulting product experience provides a structured yet flexible system that supports different types of group activities—from travel planning to shared household expenses.
